What Parsonage does

The weekly work of your church, in one program

Five jobs that used to live in spreadsheets, documents, and someone’s memory — together at last.

People & families

Everyone in your congregation, known by name

One directory for members, attenders, children, and visitors — nobody needs a login just to be in it. Families are connected across generations, so a grandparent, their children, and their grandchildren are one click apart.

  • Search by name, email, or phone in seconds
  • Family tree spanning grandparents to grandchildren
  • Households and groups on every person’s page

Notes & follow-ups

Follow-ups that don’t depend on memory

Note a hospital visit on the person’s page, turn it into a dated follow-up, and give it to a deacon. Notes stay with your owners and admins, and private notes with the person who wrote them.

  • Visits, calls, and life events noted on each person
  • Follow-up tasks with due dates, assigned to your team
  • Private notes visible only to their author

Sunday bulletins

Write Sunday once. Use it three ways.

Enter the order of worship and announcements a single time. Parsonage sets the printed bulletin for the copier, the bulletin your congregation opens on their phones, and the weekly email — from the same draft.

  • Print-ready bulletin, laid out for you
  • Phone bulletin from a simple QR code — no app to install
  • Weekly email generated from the same content

Church email

Email that reaches everyone, without the BCC list

Send the pastor’s letter to the whole congregation or one ministry group, review exactly who will receive it, and send. Saved lists follow your group rosters, so the prayer chain is always current.

  • Send to members, everyone, selected people, or groups
  • Unsubscribes and bad addresses handled for you
  • Start the week’s email from the published bulletin

Events

The church calendar, already in the bulletin

Record the fellowship dinner, the work day, and the food drive that runs all month. Upcoming events flow into Sunday’s bulletin, and readers add them to their phone calendars with a tap.

  • One-day and multi-week events, with a hosting group
  • What to bring, where, and when — in one place
  • Copied into the bulletin automatically

A week with Parsonage

Familiar work, noticeably lighter

How a typical week works

  1. During the week

    Keep people up to date

Update an address, welcome a newborn into a family, add a visitor to a group. Enter it once — it is right everywhere, including next Sunday’s bulletin.

  2. Before Sunday

    Prepare and send

Build the bulletin from the week’s information, print it, post the phone version, and send the pastor’s letter to exactly the list you reviewed.

  3. After Sunday

    Care and record

Note who needs a visit or a call and assign the follow-up with a date. Welcome the visitors who filled in a card. Nothing is left to memory.

Questions

Asked in most church offices

Who is Parsonage for?

Small and mid-sized churches — roughly 30 to 500 people — where a pastor, a part-time secretary, and volunteers share the office work. It is designed to be clear for people who use it a few hours a week, with no IT staff required.

Does everyone in the directory need an account?

No. Children, visitors, and homebound members are full members of the directory without ever signing in. Only staff and volunteers who work in Parsonage need a login, and logins are always free.

Do our members need to install an app?

No. Your congregation reads bulletins on the web and church email in their normal inbox. There is nothing for them to install or learn.

How much does it cost?

Free for a directory of up to 20 people, $19 a month for up to 100, and $59 a month for up to 750. Larger churches get a custom plan. Every feature is included in every plan — the pricing page explains exactly what counts as a person.

Can one person help at more than one church?

Yes. One login can belong to several churches, with a separate role at each, and every church’s records stay separate.
